Cadence McShane was selected by developer, PinPoint Commercial, LP, to provide comprehensive construction services for the Satsuma
Distribution Center located within the firm's 115-acre Satsuma Station Industrial Park in Houston, Texas. The 315,120 square foot
warehouse/distribution facility offers convenient highway access to the Houston market and connectivity to the Union Pacific
Railroad rail service. The building features a 30' clear height with 45' x 52' typical bays and 52' x 60' speed bays incorporating
70 dock high doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. Cadence McShane's construction assignment also included all site work and
landscaping.
