Cadence McShane completed the construction assignment from The Carson Companies for the two-building, 401,388 square foot Carson Portwall Distribution Center located at 221 and 225 Portwall Street in Houston, Texas. The speculative warehouse/distribution facility is situated on a 21-acre land parcel offering immediate access to Interstate 10 and the East Loop. Both facilities were constructed of attractive tiltwall panels and offer 52' x 50' typical bays with a 30' clear height. The site provides surface parking accommodating up to 317 vehicles and generous truck aprons for ease of maneuverability and efficiency for distribution and warehousing needs.
