Tuscany Center Seven is a 72,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial facility offering a 24' clear height designed for users from 16,800 square feet up to 42,400 square feet. Tuscany Center Eight is an 89,600 square foot multi-tenant industrial facility with a 24' clear height divisible from 19,200 square feet up to 89,600 square feet.
