Cadence McShane Construction was selected to complete the comprehensive tenant improvements for the new LEED-Silver corporate headquarters for VLK Architects. The 16,879 square foot space features an open floor plan, 12 private offices, three conference rooms and a collaborative working library space. The third floor renovation program included the incorporation of an abundance of natural light, recycled content, low VOC materials and certified wood.
