Cadence McShane was selected to complete the design/build construction for Liberty Property Trust's new 613,335 square foot Fallbrook Distribution Center located on a 38-acre site at 8103 Fallbrook Drive in Houston, Texas. Approximately midway through the construction, Home Depot expressed an interest in leasing the entire building if certain modifications could be made. Liberty Property Trust consulted with Cadence McShane to convert the 615,000 square foot shell building into a customized 535,000 square foot build-to-suit for Home Depot. The facility features 53' x 45' typical bay spacing with 70' speed bays and 32' clear height to accommodate the needs of Home Depot.
