Cadence McShane was selected to provide comprehensive construction services for a renovation and expansion program to create a fresh look for Champions Village, an existing retail center in Houston, Texas. A new façade was created featuring stone accents on the columns, new lighting fixtures and colorful canvas awnings on the storefronts. Three new ornamental towers were added and serve as the focal points of the center.
