Located in Houston, Texas, the Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is a nationwide provider of technical education training for students seeking careers as professional automotive, diesel, collision repair, motorcycle and marine technicians. Cadence McShane was selected as the design/builder for a 12,600 square foot construction and renovation program for the Campus Collision Program Building that included eight new classrooms, a computer lab, student facilities and an auditorium. Demolition within the existing building allowed for an expanded shop area and new wash station at the rear of the building.
