Cadence McShane completed a 31,500 square foot medical office building on the campus of Bellville General Hospital in Bellville, Texas. The firm also completed a series of renovations within the hospital facility that included the construction of a new CAT scan center and refurbishment of the entrance and lobby areas. The single-story medical office building includes eight physician suites, a pharmacy, an employee fitness area and underground parking. The medical office facility is connected to the hospital via a pedestrian walkway.
