Cadence McShane completed the J&M Medical Office Building located on a one-acre site in Grapevine, Texas. The facility features a brick/siding exterior, an extensive window line that provides abundant natural lighting into the facility and a welcoming wrap-around porch entry. The majority of the first floor houses the new medical suite for the Foot and Ankle Associates of North Texas, LLP, while the second floor is utilized as private office space for the medical practice. Cadence McShane also completed all site work including grading, underground utilities, paving and landscaping for the project.
