Katy Med-Arts Center is a 60,000 square foot medical office building situated on a 4.5-acre site located in Katy, Texas. Cadence McShane completed the three-story medical office facility including physician suites in a variety of configurations to suit the needs of the tenants. The three-story building was constructed of tiltwall panels with a granite aggregate veneer finish. Site landscaping was completed and convenient parking for 300 vehicles was provided.
