Cadence McShane was selected for the construction and site development of the 25,000 square foot Mary Nell & Ralph B. Rogers Magnetic Resonance Center at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. The single-story facility consists of a concrete cast-in-place structure supporting an architectural precast exterior. Fixed windows and a storefront entry offer a sophisticated, contemporary appearance. Cadence McShane completed site improvements including ample parking near all building entrances and attractive landscaping. Interior build-out and finishes were also completed.
