OakBend Doctors Center – Grand Parkway is a 60,000 square foot medical office building located in Richmond, Texas. Cadence McShane constructed the two-story facility to include physician suites, a full-service imaging center and the area's first ambulatory surgery center. The medical office building was constructed of tiltwall panels with attractive exterior finishes. All sitework and landscaping was also completed as part of the construction assignment.
