Cadence McShane was selected as design/builder for the new 11,237 square foot tenant suite for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs located within the OakBend Doctors Center - Southwest Freeway medical office building. The tenant suite is positioned within this new Class A, three-story, medical office building located on the campus of OakBend Medical Center in Richmond. The facility offers a variety of medical offices and associated healthcare services. The specialized Veterans Affairs medical suite contains clinical and office space, in addition to exam rooms.
