Cadence McShane was selected by Houston Independent School District to construct the 89,383 square foot LEED-Silver Robert Lee Frost Elementary School in Houston, Texas. The construction includes 40 classrooms, two science laboratories, library, new kitchen and cafeteria space. LEED features encompassed energy efficient heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, lighting control and domestic hot water systems.
