Cadence McShane was selected to provide comprehensive construction services for the new 276-unit apartment development known as Estancia located in Austin, Texas. The luxury rental complex includes a fully-featured clubhouse with a generous outdoor pool area amidst lush landscaping throughout the property. Cadence McShane utilized native stone, stucco and wood elements to construct the complex. The development is comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 600 to 1,300 square feet.
