The Heights at Park Lane is an 810,000 square foot mixed-use project located in Dallas, Texas that includes residential, retail and parking components. Cadence McShane completed three residential towers - a three-story, a 15-story and a 20-story - totaling 590,000 square feet and featuring 325 apartment units. The assignment also included a four-level, 220,000 square foot parking garage and 45,000 square feet of retail space.
