Cadence McShane was selected by Seefried Properties, Inc. and AMB Property Corporation to construct the new 397,202 square foot freight forwarding facility for CEVA Logistics. Cadence McShane constructed the industrial facility using painted tiltwall panels with complementary accents at the building's entryways. The freight forwarding facility features 116 exterior truck docks efficiently configured to maximize warehouse and distribution operations. Cadence McShane also completed site landscaping including 363 parking spaces and 170 trailer storage spaces.
