Cadence McShane was selected to provide construction services for two of Ford Motor Company’s High-Velocity Parts Distribution Center facilities. Both buildings feature a 30’ clear height to accommodate the extensive racking systems that house approximately 31,000 of Ford’s fastest moving auto parts. The 252,000 square foot facility, located within the Alliance Gateway Business Park in Fort Worth, Texas, has 15 external docks and one drive-in door. The second project, a 232,200 square foot facility, has 13 external docks and one drive-in door and is located within Perimeter Park in Shawnee, Kansas.
