Cadence McShane was selected to provide comprehensive construction services for an additional $3.2 million renovation project at the Parish Episcopal School senior high facility in Farmers Branch, Texas. The school purchased the former 50-acre Exxon / Mobil Technology Center campus for conversion into a high-tech secondary education facility. The renovation assignment included the conversion of the fourth floor offices into 18 classrooms, three science laboratories, a ceramics lab, a 2D-3D lab, a photo lab, dance room, reception area and weight room.
